Meet the Team
John Vann - involved in Lean Operations and Continuous Improvement for over 20 years, taught Lean by Toyota & Nissan Engineers. He has since led many site wide programmes, saving £Millions across many industry sectors. With extensive leadership experience upto factory manager level, he also holds a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management from Cranfield University.
Donna Vann - involved in Continuous Improvement for over 20 years, leading many New Product Introduction programmes and other projects. Working within the Automotive industry and food industry, as a Business Unit Manager, Quality Manager, and Homologation Project Manager. She is an experienced trainer and has led many successful teams. Having a track record of significant savings and process improvements, whilst utilising Lean & Six Sigma techniques.
