Training Overview
A core part of our business is being able to upskill you and your teams with new techniques which help to improve your business performance. Whether in continuous improvement, health and safety, leadership or team effectiveness, We have a number of programmes aimed at all levels within the organisation. If we don't have a programme that fits we can design one to your exact specification.
As an NVQ centre we also offer a number nationally recognised qualifications in most industrial subject areas, also through one of our delivery partners we can offer accredited IOSH / NEBOSH programmes. All our training is: -

Commercial Training
A large proportion of our work is full cost (not funded), where the client does not want the candidate to worry about evidence gathering, form filling or assessment. This allows the learner to focus wholly on the training and the project outputs, offering greater flexibility in timescales and content. Qualifications
As an accredited City & Guilds assessment centre we offer a wide range of qualifications which do not follow the "tick box" method. As with our main ethos of delivering value for our clients we feel that our qualifications also deliver value, both to the business and the individual. Government Funding
Some programmes have the potential of attracting government funding to cover some or all of the programme costs, this is dependant on certain criteria.
